This heartwarming Christmas story follows Emma May’s many attempts at writing her Christmas list. She starts early, in May, to make sure her list reaches the North Pole when Santa is rested and alert, but come September realizes it is outdated and must start again. Then October falls just like the leaves and November brings a chill, the first snow comes December 12th, the earth is white and still.

Emma realizes that her list is outdated once again and in a panic rewrites it. This time she may be too late. Or worse, she fears she is just too disorganized and demanding for Santa to even consider paying her a visit. Her worry about him not coming builds but is washed away on Christmas Eve with what becomes the most surprising, encouraging and magical Christmas ever.
